Recent Step 1 test takers are NBME 30–34 + Free 120 enough before the exam? Reccs for micro and antimicrobials (other than sketchy)

I’m planning to focus mainly on these for assessment/review. Would you recommend doing any older NBMEs too, or are 30–34 + Free 120 sufficient?
Would really appreciate input from anyone who tested recently!

25 Days Left – NBME 31: 63%. Is This Enough Time to Improve?

Had to take a long break from studying because of multiple health issues (hospital visits, endoscopies, CT scans, etc.), so my prep got completely derailed.
I finally got back to studying and scored 63% on NBME 31 with 25 days left.
My weakest areas are Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Biostatistics, Immunology, Hematology/Oncology, Pulmonology, and Genetics.
For anyone who was around this score 3–4 weeks before the exam, what made the biggest difference? Did you focus on content review, UWorld, NBMEs, Mehlman PDFs, or something else?
Would really appreciate any advice 🙏🏻

Exam in 25 days , would like some advice

Hello
Didn’t study for last couple of months due to acute enteritis then followed by ulcer etc etc (life has been tumultuous with endoscopies and cects. I actually forgot about my triad in between tbh as i was exhausted with my health.

Gave nbme 31 3 days back scored 63 percent. Can i improve in 25 days ? (I just want to he done with step1 before my body throws another surprise)

I do have certain weak sections in every subject.
My weak areas are :-
Biochem (metabolism, Dna/Rna)
Hematology
Virus (can’t do sketchy as i am exhausted)
Antimicrobials
Pharmacology of which systems are most important (i feel i studied them so many times but i keep forgetting tbh)
Ecgs ( Mobitz blocks)

Please do advice what can i do to imrpove?
Also is it doable with 3 and half weeks dedicated ?
I am ready to put in solid 10 to 14 hours per day at this point.
Thank you

Looking for the best green/black tea brands with natural fruit infusions

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for good-quality green tea or black tea with natural fruit infusions (berries, peach, mango, citrus, apple, etc.).
What are your favorite brands or blends? I’d love recommendations for both premium and affordable options.
I lived in central asia for most of my life and i do miss fruit infused (hot)teas 😅 i did try twinnings but didn’t find it flavourful. I do like Ahmad tea (but quite expensive here). Trying to explore local good brands now :)
Thank you :)

Rigatoni with a Zucchini-Based Sauce (inspired from Pasta Alla Nerano)

Fried zucchini until lightly golden, then added garlic and cooked for another minute. Blended the fried zucchini, garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano, and hot pasta water into a smooth sauce.
In a separate pan, heated a little olive oil and briefly fried a Thai chili, added a small knob of butter, then mixed in the zucchini sauce with a splash of pasta water. Tossed with al dente rigatoni until everything was well coated.
Finished with freshly chopped basil, fresh grounded pepper , extra grated Parmigiano Reggiano, lemon zest, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

It’s absolutely sad when expensive products work ! Gonna go broke 🙃

My sister gave her free sample , just used it today and IT WORKS SO WELL!
At this rate i spend too much for a person on sabbatical 🙃
