Hello, is there a way po ba to track someone using qr code? I cant file a case po kasi sa gcash kasi need ng number (I tried using their gcash account number pero ayaw tanggapin ng system, invalid daw)

Basically the buyer refunded 45$ in my account they sent it via friends and family, the claimed the dispute.
Their reasoning is they never got an account but I added a screenshot of conversation that they received the account. Is there a possibility that I can win the dispute? Please help
Hi, I wanna ask if someone also experienced this? It said na delivered na raw yung card ko pero wala naman ako na receive. I already ask my neighbor and my family members if may ma attemp na mag deliver, wala naman daw.
I also received an email din na delivered na daw...Now I also contacted their CS and made an report about this
p.s wala ako na receive na call/text during the delivery hours + no proof/picture na nag delivery sila sa bahay
