Yes aether user he uses it with chants we never heard a thing like that even arthur didn't do it that way he also disrupted wandering claw aetheric pathways.
The chants he uses makes him use deathfire [vivum probably life or destruction] and he reanimated the dead beasts [also vivum and i think it's life].
