Has anyone here taken NYPD Police Officer Exam 7312 or know the current format?
I’m scheduled to take it on September 2, 2026, and I’m trying to get a better idea of what to expect.
Does anyone know:
How many questions are on the exam?
How many do you need to get correct to pass?
How long after taking the exam did it take you to start the rest of the hiring process?
About how long did it take from the exam date until you were called for the NYPD Academy?
Any recent experience with Exam 7312 or the current NYPD process would be really helpful. Thanks!

I recently completed two Sophia Learning courses, and both show that my work is finished, but I haven’t received the final credit yet.

While I’m waiting for those two courses to be officially finalized/credited, I was thinking about starting another course so I can keep making progress instead of waiting.

Has anyone done this before? Is it okay to start and complete another Sophia course while the previous courses are still waiting for final grading/credit? Also, about how long did it take for your completed courses to officially show the credits?

I’m trying to earn several transferable college credits, so I want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.
