But the topic creator posted a meme calling me gae which is now deleted and I'm blocked too. I wonder how this user goes on and on about fictional characters like Asad and Dev writing essays using chatgpt about them being wastrels and what not but then has the gall to attack REAL people who don't worship their bland ship? What kind of a misplaced sense of morality is this?

so I'm watching a very old Tamil show (almost 25 years old but still feels modern af)which is based on a guy who takes revenge on the family that ruined his family when he was a child.. something like Naagin without the supernatural element. is there anything like that in hindi in the past? why don't we have such interesting themes and everything is saas bahu cringe or weirdly made love stories😶

I remember watching so many amazing shows as a kid like Marma Desam, Chitti, Alaigal, Sondham, Metti oli, Kolangal, deiva magal (the iconic anniyare)etc which had amazing storylines. Now everything looks so cheap and pathetic. YouTube recently suggested alaigal again, it still looks entertaining even though I watched it as a little child understanding barely anything. the quality of acting also has gone to the dogs

I personally find it extremely gross and unethical. I don't understand how it's practiced. I understand different strokes for different folks but some things are meant to be sacred like love and marriage.
