Jo Frost (SuperNanny) alternatives

I have seen opinions here that Jo Frost methods need improvement. Could someone with this opinion share mistakes in her approach and what an actual alternative would be for that? Or state some experts who teach a preferred parenting style?

Hire a YNAB bookkeeper?

I am seriously looking for someone to essentially be my YNAB bookkeeper. I'm not sure how to find help. I know there are coaches, but I want someone to maintain my plan for me, as well. I currently have a virtual assistant, but I'm struggling to train them on how to use YNAB because I barely know how to use it well myself.

Muscle Fatigue on 20mg

Started with 10mg, but when I jumped to 20mg I had muscle fatigue and low stamina (ex: tired just going up the stairs).

I went down to 15mg (cutting pills in half) and was fine.

After 2 weeks on 15, went up to 20mg and it’s happening again.

Does this issue subside? I really need to get up to the therapeutic dose. This is one of the few medications that actually has been working for me but I do want to be able to exercise.

Note - heart rate and blood pressure levels still read normally.

Chilangos Tacos Guacamole Sauce

Would love the recipe to this! I'm addicted. For a hint, it tastes similar to El Pollo Loco guace sauce, but... better!

Semax headache (Amino club nasal spray 25mg)

I’m using nasal Semax from Amino Club with 25 mg written on the bottle.

Directions said spray once per nostril 1 - 2 x a day.

I felt nothing. If anything, I felt worse. Tired mid day and unable to focus. A bit more anxiety. But I shrugged it off. Until day 4.

Day 4 I have a massive headache and a bit of nausea. Un ignorable.

I never felt a mental clarity or anything positive from this.

Correction: It was 250 mcg per spray. So I was taking 500 mcg at a time.

Update: After staying away from Semax for 3 days, I feel SO MUCH better. The semax was CAUSING brain fog for me, I now realize.

Reading Lists for Diverse History?

I'm interested in reading lists for US history that are child appropriate (elementary, middle school) that center a diversity of groups (women, native american, etc).

I'm also looking for a good list for world history that is inclusive (ex: units on African nations, unit on Australia and Oceania, etc.). Most of what I find is very Europe focused with sprinkling of Asia, sprinkling of south america. (Middle school age)

Muscle Weakness and Overheating

I’ve been on Trintellix for 3 weeks. 5mg and 10mg were fine. But 20 mg (taken for 1 week) causes muscle weakness. Even typing this, I feel my forearms getting tired. When I exercise, I get hotter faster and fatigued much sooner. The fatigue is in the muscles, not the lungs.

Will this improve over time? I don’t want to reduce the dose because my mind seems to need it.

Exercise fatigue

On 20 mg of Trintellix and exercising is so hard. I sweat so much more than normal and get fatigued faster and it takes longer for my heart rate to come down.

I’m looking for a dashboard type software, widget or chrome extension.

Something that will allow us to have quick links to frequently used apps, email, calendar, to do list and notes.

I’ve got chrome extension “momentum” but I’m wanting more. Best I can come up with is maybe a notion page?

I'm running a home health and thinking of expanding to provide ABA in home services. I know some BCBAs who run their own clinics. Would it be reasonable to reach out to see if any of them want to partner as a contractor with my home health? Would it make sense to have more than one? The fear is a BCBA may decide to leave at any time and I'd have to stop services to any clients we have.

We currently use Axxess and their customer support leaves much to be desired. Does anyone have an EMR that they like and what's the affordability?

It's been a week. The symptoms I've had was itching in random spots (so I'm guessing it increases histamine) and people say that should subside in another week.

But the other symptom I'm having is my mind is just MUSH. I am not sharp like I usually am. I have to take my ADHD meds just to be productive at work. I zone out randomly in the middle of thinking. Like this medicine is making me dumb or something.

Will this get any better? I have never had this issue before with any med.

A sales guy just took advantage of me and upsold me on some products that I know under normal circumstances I would have rejected or checked the price.

Sharing my experience. I was on 10mg of Viibryd and abruptly stopped and switched to 10mg Trintellix. No nausea at all (in fact, I am hungrier than normal). Only slight headache. Could just be me, could be that Viibryd is a good bridge med.
