Muscle Weakness and Overheating

I’ve been on Trintellix for 3 weeks. 5mg and 10mg were fine. But 20 mg (taken for 1 week) causes muscle weakness. Even typing this, I feel my forearms getting tired. When I exercise, I get hotter faster and fatigued much sooner. The fatigue is in the muscles, not the lungs.

Will this improve over time? I don’t want to reduce the dose because my mind seems to need it.

Exercise fatigue

On 20 mg of Trintellix and exercising is so hard. I sweat so much more than normal and get fatigued faster and it takes longer for my heart rate to come down.

I’m looking for a dashboard type software, widget or chrome extension.

Something that will allow us to have quick links to frequently used apps, email, calendar, to do list and notes.

I’ve got chrome extension “momentum” but I’m wanting more. Best I can come up with is maybe a notion page?

▲ 1 r/ABA

I'm running a home health and thinking of expanding to provide ABA in home services. I know some BCBAs who run their own clinics. Would it be reasonable to reach out to see if any of them want to partner as a contractor with my home health? Would it make sense to have more than one? The fear is a BCBA may decide to leave at any time and I'd have to stop services to any clients we have.

We currently use Axxess and their customer support leaves much to be desired. Does anyone have an EMR that they like and what's the affordability?

It's been a week. The symptoms I've had was itching in random spots (so I'm guessing it increases histamine) and people say that should subside in another week.

But the other symptom I'm having is my mind is just MUSH. I am not sharp like I usually am. I have to take my ADHD meds just to be productive at work. I zone out randomly in the middle of thinking. Like this medicine is making me dumb or something.

Will this get any better? I have never had this issue before with any med.

A sales guy just took advantage of me and upsold me on some products that I know under normal circumstances I would have rejected or checked the price.

Sharing my experience. I was on 10mg of Viibryd and abruptly stopped and switched to 10mg Trintellix. No nausea at all (in fact, I am hungrier than normal). Only slight headache. Could just be me, could be that Viibryd is a good bridge med.
