Trying to figure out how to avoid stomach issues when taking shrooms

I had my first trip a few years ago with my current girlfriend. Another friend gave us some chocolates. I was doing great, but she ended up on the toilet (edit: she's not puking 💩) with bad stomach cramps. She has rightfully been reluctant to try again.

I started to grow my own and have experimented in different ways to consume. I personally love to grind them into a powder and soak them in lemon juice. Then straining that into a glass of other juice (I really like using POG). It is a very intense trip. I was reading that this method might be good to avoid stomach issues and convinced my gf to try again. It didn't work and she is once again sacred to do more.

She wants to trip with me, but she just needs to find a method which doesn't cause her pain and an hour on the toilet.

Any advice, my fellow travelers? What are your thoughts on tinctures?

Girlfriend bought these balsamic vinegas, but I have no idea how to properly appreciate them.

I would appreciate some ideas on how to use these

Frigidaire is warm in fridge and freezer.

I purchased this fridge in March of 2024 from Lowe's. The model number is fftr2045vw7. A couple days ago we noticed the food in the fridge wasn't as cold and then I checked the freezer and things were starting to thaw.

I fixed a work fridge a couple months back and it ended up being a refrigerant leak. That's supposed to be like the most rare issue, but this fridge seems to be going along the same troubleshooting path.

I pulled off the back panel and noticed the compressor fan had shifted and was prevented from spinning. I readjusted it and it started spinning again. I hoped that was the smoking gun, but after a day of letting it run with an extra fan blowing on the compressor, it didn't get any better.

I pulled the cover off in the freezer and those coils are room temp. I pulled out my multimeter and did all the ohms checks it tells me to do on the compressor and those seem to be fine. I checked the combination overload switch and that seemed fine. However, since it's a cheap part I replaced it anyway. Still no change.

Does anybody have any other suggestions before I throw my hands up and call a professional? I'm attaching a couple pictures. I am not sure if this is just regular corrosion or refrigerant leak. It does take r600 which I understand is pretty much propane, so I don't think it should cause this kind of corrosion, but I'm not sure. Thanks!

Just installed the 2" Ironman lift. Had to do a little photoshoot.

First pic was from a couple weeks ago after I got new rims and tires. Others are today. I installed the lift on Saturday. 2" Ironman 4x4. It wasn't too bad of a job, but I also have access to a vehicle lift. I think the hardest part was getting those damn exhaust hangers off. I just ended up cutting them with a razor blade.

Rims are Method, tires are Falken Wildpeak. You can check some of my old posts for the exact sizes if you're curious.

Now I just need to find some rocks and/or mud.

Who needs a truck? (mulch and compost pickup)

Doing some gardening today. My local green waste facility has free mulch, so I picked up a little. I really do love this little car.

I love peach and cream combos. My gf is lactose intolerant. She is always happy to take lactaid because she loves dairy, but if anyone has a lactose free recipe, that would be awesome. I do use coconut milk for a lot of things.
