Are there current examples of "problematic" superheroes that are still operating with the rest?

Only thing "problematic" with superheroes that comes to my mind currently is just regarding the no-kill rule.

I think Flash used to be racist...? and Spider-Man too to mutants (or maybe it was just to the X-Men) ?

Does Spider-Man haveblatant rip-offs? I feel like at most they just make the superhero a teen

As one of "the big 3" (sorry Wonder Woman), I feel like Spider-Man has little to no pastiches that are straight up "rip-offs".

Could Marvel's Avengers be Good if it were made more recently? (or maybe not released at all?)

I think people can agree that Marvel's been on a pretty good streak when it comes to video games recently (most likely due to different management...?)

For one thing they might have loosen up more on the excessive "movie synergy" thing and which means no uncanny photorealistic faces... and X-Men!

I personally saw some good things in the game, the gameplay for each characters feel unique and fit their powersets. Idk, it just sorta reminds me of Ultimate Alliance. Whatever happened to that game anyway? I don't own Switch :/

Warm(...?) take, TF2 is currently as "dead" as it could be without Valve outright shutting down the servers.

I hear talks of people saying "Speedsters are overpowered", could it be because writers barely gave any focus on the energy consumption they have?
