Was Louis CK’s orphan bit in his new special about Joe?

>!Louis CK: “I have friends that had their first kid in their 40s. My friend is 40, his wife is 42 and they just had their first baby…who’s going to be an orphan at 12.”!<

Steve fucking rules

I was worried what would happen to the show when Dave left… but god damn it’s been the best the show has been in a long time.

Natalie Cuomo

So, I’m only vaguely familiar with Natalie Cuomo, mostly from when she went off on a dude in the audience for no reason; but my friend had a free ticket to see her and I thought “why not?” I’ve been to my fair share of stand up acts, but it was honestly one of the most unfunny sets I’ve seen. Her set ups were quite bland and basic, a lot of the punchlines felt “high school”-ish. There were a few times I wasn’t sure if the bit or joke was over or not, or if she was just ranting. She would invite crowd participation but then seemingly get legit upset and annoyed at said participation with comments like “You guys need to settle”, “you’re getting too rowdy” when I felt it was a handful of people answering out loud to her “questions”. She would seemed to get tripped up and couldn’t handle more than 2 people saying something out loud. I also feel she ended her set quite early? Two openers, who were 20ish minutes, before her that started at 8:15-8:20ish, and we were out of the venue by 9:41. Maybe it was just a really weak closer, but the last joke felt very sudden and abrupt. My buddy I was with looked over at me and asked if I was “okay” just simply because I was sitting there with virtually no reaction.

I hate to be “that guy”, but I didn’t think this was bad comedy because of subject, or who she is, but at a foundational level, it just wasn’t good. Even comedy that doesn’t necessarily make me laugh out loud, gives me some sort of emotion. But this… this was a big ol’ nothing.

I get the sense that she seems to be polarizing, and more disliked than liked, but was/is this her typical shtick, or did I just get a bad night?

I hear talks of people saying "Speedsters are overpowered", could it be because writers barely gave any focus on the energy consumption they have?

What song/mix includes this sample from Mindhorn?

I was watching Mindhorn last night and the news reporter chatter on the radio was soo familiar. Does anyone know of a song or mix that includes this sample? (probably at the beginning)
