I see everybody talking about how this will probably end up as a discord fighter and that fighting games don’t have longevity in general. I could be wrong, I’m not familiar with FG.
But I also see people talking about what kind of DLC should be added after year 1 DLC.
So my question is, how realistic is it that we will have more years of DLC after the first year? How does it compare to other FG?
I think Year 2 DLC should at least hold ONE additional PURE waterbender. I know Amon will probably make it into the game, but he will probably use no to little pure waterbending (only bloodbending and chiblocking)
After year 1 DLC, we’ll have plenty of firebenders and earthbenders, even airbenders such as Aang and Zaheer (I count Aang as airbender, since he mostly uses air aside from his supers) and maybe even Tenzin (depending on the vote). Katara is now the only pure waterbender (Korra uses all elements).
Water is a versatile element, there are so many cool different waterbenders they can add. Which one do you want to see added?

Let’s discuss Ozai, one of the confirmed characters we have not seen anything from yet. What do you think he’ll be like? What gameplay style? What do you hope to see from the series? Who will be his support characters?
One of the best villains in either series in my opinion. What do you think he’ll be like in the game? What voice lines are you hoping for? What animations? What play style? Special moves? Support characters?
One of my favourite Korra battles for sure.

There are still 4 characters we haven’t seen yet in the base roster, namely Ozai, Zaheer, Avatar State Korra and Avatar State Aang. What are your hopes and predictions for these last characters? In terms of fight style, animations, references/nods to the source material, anything!!!

Kyoshi is basically the only character in the roster so far who doesn’t have much animated material to pull from (even though she has two novels dedicated to her).
What are you hoping she’ll be like in the game? I mean in terms of her personality, animations, voice lines, bending style, specific moves, or little recognizable habits/references from the show clips and the Kyoshi novels. What do you hope they include?
