I recently got a pair of B pillars off of an 07 and to my surprise they’re like an inch bigger.

The 2003 one is on the right.

I’m pretty sure it’ll fit but has anyone noticed before? It even has the same Part number.

Unfortunately the door has a hole and needs to be replaced, but the only door I could find at Home Depot or Lowe’s that had this texture/wood grain had panels.

And the no panels doors were completely smooth.

40 hertz, max volume. No a rattle in the car.

Now to fuck with the amp a bunch and add the plastics back bit by bit.

So my new plan is to gut this thing-a-doo and put some deadener it. And make it one big sub box.

I do really stil want a trunk, for when I go and actually do stuff with this car

Also I’m swapping an HR alternator in, and buying maybe a yellow top. But frankly I don’t know enough specifics about what I really need

I decided to go with a CT sounds hydro 10 subwoofer, and compared to the 10” Orion I was using it’s night and day better. It’s also a 500 rms subwoofer, currently I’m running it around 300.

That Orion I had was very entry level.

I also fixed the alignment, and I think that rubber ring around the frame is 100% legit. I’m waiting on more sound proofing before I close it up. And maybe also looking for a solid mono block amp that won’t break the bank for the sub.

One pictured here, it keeps the carpet down to the body. But I can’t seem to find a replacement, or even a part number

Speakers in, all wired with 14 awg. Going to a 2500 watt amp.

I’m having some serious doubts about Orion’s quality in amps tho, the speakers sound great but it keeps going into protect for some reason at about volume level 35ish. I’m running a 0 awg ground, and a 4 awg cable to my amp.
