Makapasa kaya ako sa BLEPT with 2 months review?

Hello!

I am to take the BLEPT September 2026.

BSED English.

To be honest, I feel so underprepared and lost dahil wala pa talaga akong narereview hanggang ngayon.

I'm currently working pa (not in teaching field) kaya bawas talaga ang oras.

Makapasa kaya ako with two months preparation or would you suggest na sa March nalang ako mag-take?

Thank you so much!

Can my pre-diabetes be reversed?

Hello!

I’m 26F, 5’3, and 240lbs. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, insulin resistance, and fatty liver disease.

I first consulted my OB-REI, who prescribed Metformin, saying that some patients do lose weight with it.

However, my endocrinologist prescribed Ozempic (0.25 mg and 0.50 mg) instead, and honestly, I got a scared because she seemed very concerned about my condition.

For reference, here are my lab results:

  1. HbA1c – 6.30% (Diabetic: 6.50% and above)
  2. Insulin – 20.30 (Normal: 5.00–10.00)
  3. Fasting Glucose – 5.66 mmol/L (Normal: 3.90–6.40)
  4. OGTT (2-hour) – 10.39 mmol/L (Normal: 4.20–8.50)

I decided to follow my endocrinologist’s recommendation and started using Ozempic because she implied that my prediabetes requires urgent intervention and treatment.

I work in an office, so I’ve really been living a sedentary lifestyle. Recently, though, I’ve been trying to be more active by doing home workouts for about 30 minutes to 1 hour a day, while also focusing on eating more fiber and protein.

I started injecting 0.25 mg on June 11. I know it’s still early and changes may not be noticeable yet, but I have experienced a little appetite suppression. Fortunately, I haven’t had any side effects. As for my weight, there hasn’t been any change yet.

What worries me is that I’ve read about women with PCOS who were able to reach their goal weight, yet their lab results still weren’t normal. My main goal is actually to get my lab results back to normal.

Is there still a chance that I can reverse my prediabetes even though I’m already very close to the diabetic range?

Has anyone here successfully reversed prediabetes at this stage, especially with the help of Ozempic?

Is there any chance that I could become completely PCOS-free?

Thank you so much!

Hello, cysters!

I'm 26F, 5'3, and 109kg, diagnosed PCOS with insulin resistance and fatty liver.

I consulted my OB-REI first, she prescribed metformin may mga naglolose ng weight naman daw doon.

My endo, however, prescribed Ozempic (0.25 mg and 0.50 mg), and medyo natakot ako sa mga sinabi nya kasi parang super worried sya.

For reference here are my lab results:

  1. HbA1C - 6.30 [diabetic: 6.50]
  2. Insulin - 20.30 [normal: 5.00 - 10.00]
  3. Glucose (fasting) - 5.66 [normal: 3.90 - 6.40]
  4. OGTT (2 hr) - 10.39 [normal: 4.20 - 8.50]

I opted to follow my endo and used Ozempic as she is implying na we need urgent cure and intervention for my pre-diabetes.

I work in an office kaya I lived a sedentary lifestyle talaga. Pero ngayon, I try to be a little more active by exercising (home exercise lang) 30 mins to 1hr a day and syempre, focusing on eating fiber and protein.

Actually, gusto ko talaga is normal lab results.

Especially through Ozempic?

May chance pa ba ako maging PCOS-free?

Thank you so much!

EDIT:
Included lab results.

Hello! I live at Cityland8, Makati and I have Sky as my current ISP pero grabe kasi ngayon. They're offering free upgrade to SkyTruFiber (because of the transition to Converge) pero sa mga nababasa ko dito, same old parin, some, mas lumala. Hindi lang slow internet. No internet na talaga.

I'm planning na magpalit kasi sobra na ang inconvenience for months already and having Sky as ISP and its customer service puts me in an endless hellhole. There are days me and my dormmates work from home pa naman. I saw other units having Globe and PLDT, pero I'm not sure kung matino rin.

Now, I'm posting this to ask suggestions for matinong ISP sa condominiums like Cityland especially sa Makati.

Thank you in advance!
