Favorite LUTs request! S5II

Hi!

Looking for reccos on LUTs to capture portraits indoors. Must be available in the Lumix Lab app. Something that plays nice with natural light. I have found a lot of my favorites don’t translate well to indoor lighting at all so want to see if there’s anything out there that you recommend.

+1 if you can drop some amazing LUTs for Disney too.

+2 for any LUTs that match Spider-Man Brand New Day!

LG B5 x MediaLight LX1

Has anyone used bias lighting with their B5? I just ordered the LX1. Trying to reduce eye strain and brighten the room just a hair. Looking for real reviews!

LG B5 Game Settings

So I’m new here, and to OLED in general. Coming from a TCL series 5 55”. What are the best game settings I should be running? I have a PS5 pro.

LG B5 Reccos!

Like my title says — looking for B5 recommendations (settings, apps, etc.). I just got it, getting used to switching from a TCL 55” QLED series 5.

AKL to Caribbean Beach: right choice?

So I booked a week long stay at Kidani Village — and actually saving money because flight pricing is dumb, I pushed out our return date a few days by staying in Orlando and getting cheaper non-weekend flights home.

The difference was substantial — almost $900. And I took $600 and got a few nights at Caribbean beach. Probably not saving much with food but YOLO I guess.

Anyway — I’m now second guessing the Caribbean beach selection. AoA was the same price. I have a toddler, infant and wife going along. Toddler loves swimming and all things Disney. Hoping the splash pad and pool at Caribbean are just as cool as they seem.

That said, was it the right decision? I was hesitant on AoA from the rooms. They definitely seemed value esque. Plus Caribbean has the skyliner.

Thoughts…?

Don’t call me a convert… yet.

Ok, maybe you can.

After years of shooting Nikon, Sony, and primarily Fujifilm I picked up an S5II + 24-60 2.8 kit — and d*mn.

First off, the build quality is hard to beat. Solid, stable, smart.

Second, the color replications rival Fujifilm. Leica monochrom? Check. LUTs based on classic film and creator styles? Check. Fast AF, fast transfer speeds, open gate recording, OLED viewfinder and sharp images? Check, check, check, check, check.

Lastly, lumix lab. Best camera system app I’ve used to date. Told everyone I know to download it. Quite literally gets me giddy (and on that note… suggestions on your favorites for a trip to Disney?!).

That said, Sony was great. Color wasn’t.
Nikon got me started. But didn’t keep me hooked.
Fujifilm had my heart, but not the sharpness I desired.

This, this seems to be it. Only time will tell, but man… consider me a convert.

Cat shot in Leica Monochrom for attention. Also, she’s cute. And I’m a dog guy.

Photographer vs WDW

I am a photographer IRL — but bringing my family down at the beginning of September for a trip together. That said — I am almost thinking of skipping bringing any photographic gear to just live in the moment. It sounds right out loud, but I also want to remember everything years from now. Thoughts?
