I have all of his information that he gave me over a phone call but i dont know what order it goes in or what to even put on the envelope and youtube is not helping. I dont have any other family or friends in the military and im just so lost

I fell asleep at my boyfriends house last night for a little bit, and he woke up up telling me “you gotta go you gotta go” and obviously i was very confused, he asked me who someone was, ill call her C. C and i used to be really close friends a few years ago and now we only chat sometimes, and sometimes she will try and flirt with me with what i assumed was just jokes between girls. She texted me she missed me while i was sleeping at his house, and he looked through our messages. I dont have a problem with that because i have nothing to hide from him, but i did call him insecure because i did believe he was insecure in our relationship, as he always had something telling him i was going to be unfaithful when he gets shipped off next week, which i would never because i thought he was the love of my life. He wouldnt listen to anything i was saying which is fair but i kept apologizing and tbh i was begging him to stay together but it just wasnt working. I feel horrible about even entertaining C. She called my boyfriend a loser and i didnt defend him. I miss my baby and i just dont know what to do, can anyone give me some advice on how to get him back? Or should i just let go? Im not ready to let go.
