I hadn’t planned for the Skylink tram to be closed on the side that goes in the opposite direction. It added an extra 15-18 minutes of time and it was too late by the time I realized it. The flight took off at 10:31 pm, so I had expected to stay the night in Dallas and get rebooked for the next morning when I ran up to the gate at 10:18 pm. The door was already closed. You were extremely kind and opened the door when you didn’t have to. Thank you so much!

I'll be going to the Ed Sheeran concert on Saturday, July 18th. It should end around 10:50 pm and I would have to go back to the Linq hotel to get my carry on luggage. I have TSA pre-check. Would a flight on Sunday, July 19th at 12:59 am be cutting it too close?
