Each spring I seem to get a hive of honey bees migrating into my yard, I have a mature olive tree and talking to experts they seem to like to set up a hive in the hollow recess at the base of the tree. They aren't a big concern since I don't have kids or dogs, but they do swarm in the afternoon/early evening. Typically they stay a few weeks and then seemingly vanish overnight, right as the temperature starts reaching above 100 consistently. Are they migrating away or just inactive? This year they seemed to linger longer than usual and I considered hiring experts to humanely remove them but the quotes were rather high, but now they are gone again.

Remote trading by and large has exposed a lot of selfish behaviors. I know not everyone likes trading, but if you've done thousands of raids, are in the mid 70s, and have 50k plus catches, you should have something to part with. Yet many people only have common non-shiny pokemon and legendaries tagged, thats fine, I'm usually pretty accomodating and have even traded shiny legendaries for non-shiny costume mons. It happens.

Now what really has irked me though are people who just let the 72 hour trade timer elapse without doing anything. These people always have very few good mons marked to trade, don't decline my selections or make any of their own, they just let the timer go out. before anyone says I don't have good stuff myself marked I have 161 shiny, 38 legends, 27 regional, 139 costume, and 17 gmax marked available. Surely there should be something they want? there is nothing crazy coming up on my pending list either. Do these people just not like trading, or are they self conscious our selections won't line up? i don't really care about the xp, past level 70 its kinda worthless for me, but putting all this time into earning trades just to have them be wasted makes me want to unfriend those involved. These are lucky trades too btw.

trigger warning- self harm/suicide A week ago my gf left home, tho its been about two months building to this since she stopped taking her meds and started abusing substances more. Now have found out she's been having unprotected sex with strangers as well. She has a history of suicide attempts and was sending out very concerning messages to me and friends/family two nights ago. She was staying in a shit motel but met a nice wealthier guy on a dating app who put her up in a nicer place. I visited her yesterday and helped her with some things but its clear this experience has been very damaging for us both. IDK how to come back from this, but at the same time I care for this person deeply and don't want them to kill themselves.They are refusing all psychiatric treatment. Any advice how to take care of someone in this situation while protecting myself and my boundaries and ammicably ending things that doesn't make her mental health worse? Going through this pain has shown me I can't keep doing this, but at the same time ending things with a partner in crisis feels impossible and wrong.
