Struggling to cut

Hi all,
I’m 79kg/36M/5ft10. Been lifting for years but have been coasting. About three months ago I thought I’d dial in again. Estimated my maintenance at 2500-2600 and initially set out eating at just below 2400. I’ve been progressing in the gym but the scales haven’t moved. I’ve dropped to below 2300 and the scales haven’t gone up. I’m currently 80kg. My issue is that my activity is fairly high but my days are sedentary. I’m therefore caught between being hungry and static. Has anyone else experienced this. I get that it’s CICO but I’m surely eating well below maintenance? My average resting cals are 1879 last month and my average exercise calories just under 700? How do I drop weight whilst eating enough to perform

Advice on macros for cut

Hi all M36/5ft10/79kg

I’m looking for advice from PTs or experienced lifters.

I’ve been struggling to cut from 79kg to 75-76 for around 6 weeks and am looking for some basic advice. Lifts have gone up but weight is stagnant and don’t feel any leaner.

Current routine: Gym Am 4 x P/P/L & Hypertrophy session and Run PM x 3. *whilst active, I work a desk job 5 days per week.

Current Macros: 2200-2300, approx 180P/50F/remainder Carbs.

If I was your client or even yourself, where would you do or advise me to do to hit my goal? I’m becoming so frustrated with everything.

Thanks

Struggling: performance up, weight stagnant

M36/79kg/5ft10

Hi all,
I’m looking for advice. I’ve been in trying to cut from 79-80kg to 75-76 and seem to be hitting a brick wall. I’m fairly active and carry decent muscle but developed a very watery middle following marathon training. I’m in the gym four days per week and running 3 days. Maintenance I’ve estimated at 2500 and I’ve cut down each week from 2400 and now under 2300. However, my weight is everywhere and I’m at a point where I’m probably at the limit of what I can comfortably cut to without constantly thinking about food and crashing. My gym performance and lifts have improved but my weight is not moving. Three weeks ago whilst eating 2400, I weighed in at 78.80. Last Saturday and today I’m 79.05.

Do I just keep going? It feels like I’m getting nowhere

0.0% Alcohol Liverpool

Hi all,
Partner is pregnant and her birthday is coming up. None of us have drank for 6 months now but our go-to on birthdays was a pub crawl. Does anyone know of any places selling 0.0% alcohol options that go beyond the usual Heineken or Guinness zeros? I know there’s a lot of 0.5% options but ideally want actual zero. Thanks

Please Critique My Plan

Hi all
I’ve been following this 4-day workout split for around 8 weeks and have definitely noticed strength progression. However, beyond a post workout pump, I’m unsure if this is optimal for making true visual changes and am looking for honest critique. For context, I have quite muscular legs and run twice per week so I opt to hit them once. My chest is probably my weak point. I’m 5ft10/35/M/79kg.
Any tips on how I could or should mix things up would be great.
Thanks

Hungry even at maintenance!

M/36/78.5kg/5ft10

Hi all,
I’m a fairly active person, lifting 4 times per week and running min 2 x per week. I ran a marathon about 7 weeks ago and have gone from eating around 3300kcal during that period to what I calculate as my maintenance around 2500kcal. Following my marathon I gained a lot of water weight and seem to gradually be recomping but I’m absolutely starving. To the point where I’m literally thanking about my next meal all day. If I eat more I gain weight but I’m still hungry

I’ve attached my fulll day from yesterday (ignore the guide numbers). Any advice on where I’m going wrong hunger wise?

Bulk or Cut 5’ 10” / 79.5kg

Hi all, looking for some honesty. Previously was fairly lean at 75kg but have gone very watery and bloated over last year following the marathon blocks. Eating around 2500kcal 180-200P and a mix of P and F. I’m desperate to get leaner. Not trying to be stupid lean but leaner than I am now.

Sunken light switch

Hi all,
I’ve had my living room plastered recently. I hen trying to install my light switch covers, I’ve noticed the light switches are sunken. Is there anyway or anything I can buy that will bring the back box forward. I not sure how well I’ve explained that but here’s and image without the switch covers. Thanks in advance
