Due to the massive influx of scam and phishing links being shared in Reddit crypto subs, particularly those with a focus on privacy coins like Monero, several of us have created a new subreddit to monitor and track these scams.

The question of how to get Monero gets asked every day, and it’s usually followed by a bunch of scam/phishing links and other terrible advice.

The best strategy is always to buy Litecoin or Bitcoin and then swap it for Monero using a no-KYC instant exchange. I have created a new subdread to keep track of the most reliable exchanges and provide a place to warn others about scams.
