Thought I’d go alittle more heavy on this blue dial, this is it compared to a lighter aged dial. What’s your thoughts?

I just got this movement in and I’ve not seen it before. Has Cyma markings on the rotor, it feels way more hefty than a normal ST2130 or 2824 and the finishing is a lot nicer as well. Anyone have any knowledge on it? The timegraph numbers are fantastic
