Just wanted to share that I went to the Chinese Manor house in Corstorphine and the food was amazing! A lovely way to spend a Friday night.

Highly recommend!

I see the Lannans bakery have rightfully taken the decision to ban dogs from the store owing to poor behaviors.

I was recently in a cafe and a dog owner just let the dog off the lead to run riot. Why are so many dog owners like this? And to be honest, why do we tolerate it? It's like their owners won't take responsibility

The queue at Lannans bakery is well documented.

But is it just me? Or has the hype totally died down? Reason being I was able to walk in today, just before lunchtime and there was no queue. There was also plenty of stuff for sale too.

It was very tasty to. Kudos to the Lannans bakery team!

I saw a post on a London sub recently that was calling out poor tourist behaviours and in general what nationalities the worst tourists are - they were calling out French and Spanish tourists as being loud and disrespectful.

I don't think or feel the same way about tourists in Edinburgh at all. Yes there will always be a few annoying moment where a queue is too long or a street is busy during the high season, but I think that's a small price to pay, given Edinburgh is an international world renowned destination.

Anyway, maybe I'm alone in thinking this? Or have people experienced poor behaviors from specific tourist groups?

Edit : I see worse behavior from those that live here than anyone else

All weekend I have heard what I assume are English visitors shouting "Get fucked" and chanting "we want the devil".

I feel like it's really ruined some sets. Has anyone else experienced this??

Does anyone know if any of the acts over the next two days will summon demons or do something with the devil? I'd be so keen to see!

I'm currently creating a model of some streets of Edinburgh, that is a wood based construction. I'm doing some shops (in detail) too, and one of them is Lannan Bakery.

I have an idea of having the delicious bakes in the window, but this this would be best achieved with a 3d printer.

Does anyone know if there are any 3D printers you can pay to use? Or even use for free

I see that King of Feasts are leaving the hanging bat. Their food is great, and it was good at the Polworth too.

The main problem was the sometimes erratic kitchen hours or random nights they called off.
