Honeymooning in Sydney and New Zealand - recommendations?

Would love recommendations for natural wine bars, restaurants, and winery visits/tours near Sydney and also New Zealand! Saw a couple NZ posts but recs were few and far between (a few places closed) and not much discussion for Sydney

It’s great so many people are riding Lyft bikes to OSL but it sucks for everyone else who needs one in the city to commute this weekend

None around my office (civic center) this afternoon

PetSmart at City Center (Geary/Masonic) closing

Huge bummer - I go here to purchase dog food and also use the self-service dog wash. The next closest PetSmart is in Daly City. Not many pet stores other than overpriced boutique and don’t love ordering things online (or paying crazy prices for a groomer!)

Per Francis Romero on Twitter. Haven’t seen a link on BlueSky or from a giants beat person yet.

Sources: SS prospect San Francisco Giants Jhonny Level has been promoted to Eugene, High-A.

Level, 19, from Venezuela, hit .325 with 10 HR and 47 RBI over two months with San Jose in Single-A.

He is ranked as the Giants’ No. 4 prospect according to @MLBPipeline.

[Alex Pavlovic] The Giants put Harrison Bader on the IL with plantar fasciitis, it’s his second IL trip of season. Will Brennan returns.

At 20-31, the Giants now have a -57 run differential, the worst in the NL. Only the Angels have a worse run differential in the MLB at -66

Angels are 18-34 and have scored 210 runs compared with the Giants 177, the worst in the MLB, 10 fewer than the Red Sox.

By Pythagorean going into tonight - giants are actually beating expectations by 1 game and should be 19-31.

10 games under .500 50 games into the season

Putting things into context in terms of MLB history, especially as the Giants now stand at 7% odds to make the playoffs according to Fangraphs (and that was before the loss today...pre-season, their odds were 35.4%).

This was posted by an Orioles beat reported as they dropped to 21-29. A team with similar playoff expectations, the numbers also align with where the Giants are at right now.

634 teams in MLB history have lost 29 of their first 50 games.

Only 54 of them (8.5%) have finished above .500.

Only 13 of them (2%) have made the playoffs

The last team to go 20-30 and make the playoffs were the Rockies in 2009 (finished 92-70, so were 72-40) and the Nats were famously 19-31 but finished 93-69 to win the WS in 2019.
