5 months post breakup

So, I’m nearing five months after she left me, and things have been getting better. The first two months, I quit weed after smoking throughout the whole three-year relationship. Then I got back into it heavily, along with weekend drinking, but I’ve also been going to the gym and started learning how to play guitar.

Yeah, I still think about her every single day, but she does not consume my mind every hour of the day like she used to. Now, throughout the day, she’ll come to my mind, and sometimes I’ll get sad. Other times, I don’t feel anything. But that doesn’t mean I’m over her.

I still can’t look at certain places without almost crying, thinking about the times we shared there. I’m aware that I’m still in love with her, and I miss her. I still wish she’d come back, but the more time we spend in no contact, the more the hope dies—slowly but surely.

I think I’ll be pretty much healed by the end of the year. For those reading I’m sure things will get better it’s really helps when THEY block you on everything even though it hurts. Wish y’all the best.

What guitar should I get?

21-year-old male here. I’ve been thinking of getting into guitar just to find new hobbies for myself after a bad breakup, and I love music, so recommend me a guitar. I’ve been looking at Yamaha guitars. I’m 5’11, if that matters at all for the size I should get.
