I am currently looking at getting an R1T, and have a question on how to play audio, specifically, MP3s.
My current vehicle (2014 GMC Sierra), I have approx. 5,000 songs on an SD card inserted into the truck, and can use audio commands to play Songs, Albums, Artist or Genre (can use the USB port as well).
I have a lot of songs that are not on any streaming service (mixes, B-sides, outtakes, out-of-print CDs, and some I took directly from vinyl)
Can I do the similar on a Rivian?
*Without having to store the songs on my phone
The Cadillac Cimarron on the 1980s mid-size FWD A-Body platform.
Cadillac originally wanted 24 months to develop on the FWD X-Body (which became the A platform).
I was watching and old episode of The Price is Right, and for the opening floor bid was this print from an art gallery in San Francisco.
Not 100% sure of the year.
LA Fitness closed a great (and beloved by many) gym in Dec 2024, and it had sat there with the lights on, and pool still filled and running until this year. From late February to mid April, gutting work was done prepping for a new gym tenant. It's the only gym in the area with an indoor track.
Rumor is that in the LA lease (inherited from the Ballys lease) was a surrender clause. That they had to sign up to a 4-year lease until a new tenant was found. And when that new tenant signed a Letter of Intent, that triggered part of the clause to return the building to "original" condition. Apparently it's cheaper to strip out the drywall and replace with new, rather and trying to find and repair hidden damage. The pool area is actually untouched, with water still in the pool to prevent cracking.
In the process, the HVAC was repaired/upgraded, and a new roof installed. A good number of folks can't wait for the negotiations to finish and the remodel to start. Someone talked with the foreman who was in charge of the gutting, and he said he will be doing the renovations, just hasn't been told who the new gym will be.
I wonder if LA has been on the hook like this for other former Ballys locations they've closed.
