Lucky I placed an order for a refurb M4 and then found an open box M5 shortly after. The price difference is maybe 450 for the refurb.

I have been researching up and down and I want a grinder that can do both drip and espresso. I am seeing a lot of people praise the A5 on YT and here but I cant see how it's worth 2X the price. Could anyone chime in please? I am having analysis paralysis. TIA!

Here are some of the ways you can hold them accountable and get them to work on your issue.

1. Email the CEO

• How to do it: You can easily find the current UPS CEO's corporate email address with a quick Google search.
• How it works: Writing directly to the CEO will automatically reroute your message to the Executive Team that handles high-level escalations. Keep your email concise, include your tracking number, and clearly state the facts.

2. Call the Executive Line

• How it works: This is the direct line to the Executive Team that handles the CEO’s correspondence. It bypasses the standard front-line customer service queues.

3. Demand a Supervisor

• If you are on a standard support call, always ask to speak with a supervisor.
• Front-line agents are typically reluctant to forward your call, but escalation is often the only way to get what you need done. Be firm and persistent.

4. Be Persistent

• This cannot be emphasized enough. Big companies often design customer service to be a game of attrition to keep profit margins high and avoid responsibility.
• They are doing everything they can to avoid dealing with customers, but do not give up. With enough persistence, UPS can and will issue goodwill payments for negligence, even on underinsured or uninsured packages.

The Bottom Line: Don’t let them get away with it! Stay documented, stay determined, and keep pushing.
