What's your favorite way to improve focus without caffeine?

Caffeine do work but relying on it every day can sometimes feel like borrowing energy from tomorrow lol

I'm curious what people here have found genuinely useful for improving focus and mental performance without stimulants.

Has anything made a noticeable difference for you?

Things like exercise, morning sunlight, sleep optimization, breathing techniques, nutrition, music, meditation, or simply changing your work environment.

How come ITV with a budget of only ₹100 crore had better casting, stronger actor aura, and better styling than movies like Adipurush and Ramayana?

I liked the Ramayana trailer, but the styling and dialogues just didn't work for me, especially for Ram and Sita. ( Ranbir looks old, nd said pallavi doesn't seems to have that aura )

TV has always did good with epics like Ramayan and Mahabharat, but Bollywood just doesn't seem to capture the same.

Yash is the only one who truly looks good as Ravan

Products that I bought because of beautiful packaging 🥹💗

Have tried both shampoo and conditioner and both are good..make hair so soft and manageable..

The conditioner leaves you frizz free..🪼

Btw do you also get attracts towards beautiful packaging? 😗
