Clay Lily Bottle Art🌸

I made it from that soft synthetic clay (idk the name ) I'd definitely love to make it out of thicker clay for sure! First attempt at this so far.

Am I acting too privileged?

I (F27) work as a teacher for 4-5th grade boys in a well known school but the management is getting on my nerves. To give you some context, I've studied and worked in this institute from 2012( working from 2019) and worked as a TA for 5 years in Cambridge kindergarten to support my studies. Went out the country in 23, came back and started work in 24 I'm their main campus but now as a teacher as I joined from Aug last year. I feel incredibly done with their management, the work load distribution And the amount of payment, I'm not happy. I work because I have a lone parent who is the main bread winner of the fam, I being the eldest and my two brothers work too but don't earn nearly as much as my mom does. I feel guilty for wanting to leave this field and find it hard to motivate myself to work in this field now but I also don't want to cause a burden. I'm so conflicted since I feel very privileged to even be having this problem when there are far more important things and in this economy, people barely get a job. I'm also Uni student so after teaching I go straight to study so I'm out the house 12hrs a day, and I'm still trying to manage it all. It was alright as long as I was a subject teacher ( I teach social studies and Art) but now that I'm a class teacher and the new session's first month has gone by, I feel incredibly burdened with all the class teacher formalities - dealing with parents, the register work, lesson plannings, notebook checking, and since I'm the Head of Arts I'm responsible for decor and boards in case of events, I only have one class for notebook checking (35 students) but I could not manage checking because of back to back events, uni exams, presentations, and class teacher student data management. I'm so burnt out in just the starting 5 weeks, tried to tell them to switch me from class teacher although I love my children, taking shit from some parents because of notebook checking and other stuff, also getting shit from uni professors although they know my situation as I'm transparent with them and ALWAYS hand in assignments and take them seriously.i feel like it doesn't matter. Also instead of my concerns with my health and work being off, my Headmistress where I work overlooks it as my nagging and still expects work on a Friday even though it off ( I feel privileged for have 3 days off too but Friday is being considered work from home atp). Noone is taking my concerns seriously and I also understand it's because it's zero to nothing in comparison to other teachers work so I consider myself but I can't help but feel milked from this situation since they know I work well and have been so helpful in the start. I literally am sitting down to hand in a resignation since I feel like I'd at least love my life tutoring and having time for myself, cuz they aren't even paying me like that. I'm just so torn.
