Our Game Club is a "book club" for video games. Each month, our community spotlights a new featured title with the goal being that we all play it together, sharing tips, tricks, and discussions along the way.

This month, we are incredibly excited to feature The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales! The r/TheAdventuresOfElliot mod team was kind enough to approve this post so we could share our community with yours.

About Our Game Club

We are a cozy group looking to grow, and The Adventures of Elliot is the perfect game to bring people together. Beyond our Game of the Month, we host dedicated spaces for:

I don't want to just put the whole book online, that wouldn't be fair to the authors, so I'm only dropping in the first 10 page-number comments. It's fun to pretend this is our actual road trip itinerary, so let's get the maps out and see where we might visit in our Runaway Five van!

This is today's special. It is highly recommended by our chef, who trained at a five-star restaurant in Paris. When eaten, you recover about 200 HP.  

Imagined as a hot dog because I think it's funny that a "five-star world class chef" would have to serve up a $300 hot dog to a child.

I'm a collector, but I'm also practical. A sealed soundtrack doesn't do much good sitting on a shelf, unlike an action figure meant for display, this is something I could actually use. Besides, my partner bought it for me to enjoy, it's about time I make good on that.

Suppose we had a time machine, let's pull different actors from different years and put them together for an Earthbound movie. This is what I came up with.

• Ness: Michael Faustino (The Monster Squad)
• Paula: Heather O'Rourke (Poltergeist)
• Jeff: Macaulay Culkin (c. Uncle Buck)
• Poo: Brian Tochi (c. Star Trek: TOS)

We've probably all seen The Monster Squad, Poltergeist, and Uncle Buck, so no explanation needed on those. Casting Poo was difficult, but once I landed on Brian Tochi, I couldn't shake the thought. He was in Star Trek, but he would go on to voice Leonardo in the first three live action TMNT movies.
