More on the post punk/goth side but thought it’d be appreciated! Lemme know what I should add!
I saw a book in a secondhand shop that I was really interested in but regrettably put it down and I can’t remember the name! It was sulleville? Sulle something? It was about addiction and a tv show host that was exposed on his show for being gay? Pls I need to find this again! It gave off Naked Lunch vibes!!
Hi, so I’m a new writer and I’ve got a couple ideas basically that I’m working on currently. The point is, is there any interest within horror fans to read body horror combined with philosophy, sociology, psych, cannibalism etc.? I studied sociology and psychology heavily in college and it’s a huge interest and influence of mine, but I’m looking to delve into these topics while writing my body horrors.
On a similar note, I’m currently in the midst of writing a body horror combined with toxic love. Exploring how extreme devotion can alter one’s psychological well being, and sacrifices the moral compass. The influence of a lover’s cruelty becoming normalized etc.. is there an audience for this?
Another topic I’ve been working on is a sociological bio horror? Tackling grief, biology, economic status, and symbolic interactionism from the perspective of a father unable to let go, and converting one living being to fit his idealized world. Again, is there such an audience for these topics?
Please excuse any mistakes, but desperately seeking out some sort of insight as to an audience.
Hey all, I’m a professionally trained chef and I’m looking to see if there’s any interest for a private chef/ home cook in the area?
