Hi all, I see this topic brought up and I want to get to the bottom of it so let’s collect some data together to see if we can find a common denominator.

Grinder: Eureka Mignon Zero 55mm
Coffee: Medium roast
Suggestions used: turned off fast pre-heat, let machine heat up for an hour before use, flush the machine for 10 seconds before use, portafilter inserted during heat up and flush
Result: First shot still pulls much slower

Hi all. We have a Eureka Mignon Zero and we’re tired of the burrs not staying aligned and shots pulling completely different yields with no manipulations. We range from 15g to 65g on a 30 second loop from 18g of beans. That thing has been nothing but trouble and honestly we regret that purchase a lot. Rant over on that so let’s move on to the real question:

We are looking at the Zerno Z1 as our top choice but I saw a Reddit thread with a few people from about 1-2 years ago talking about still getting inconsistent yields with no changes. Is this something they fixed and has this basically become a non issue now? I cannot find anything more recent so it makes me feel like we should be in the clear but I thought I’d ask. Can anyone with one chip in with their experiences and give us some reassurance/push back if this is the right direction to go. We are so worried about spending close to 2k to end up with the same problem we have now in the end.

We have a Profitec Move that’s been through tests. The machine itself or puck prep are not the issues. We eliminated every possibility and potential user error in testing before anyone suggests that. It has to be the grinder. I have done hundreds of test runs one variable at a time to get to this conclusion.

Hi all, just did a Togue against another person online in the FE Mustang and it did not count completion. Requirement says ”Any Mustang”. Any ideas if this is bugged or I have to use the Fox Body even though the requirement doesn’t say so?

For anyone who was waiting for the WBP AK’s to come back in stock, Atlantic has some models available. I am super tempted but I’ve spent too much already. I have no AK mags either so it’s going to be a pass for me. For anyone who still doesn’t have an AK and wants one, these are an excellent quality pick up. Just trying to spread the word and awareness.
