So I recently started CPAP and I'm having a hard time staying asleep with it. It's like my body wakes up exactly at the 4 hour mark and I rip it off. I think the longest I slept with it was 6 hours but that's because I took a sleeping pill.

I know I recently started it, but this is frustrating
The funny part is I don't have an issue falling asleep with it on

I have a airfit x301 and I really like the mask especially the unicorn placement because I move around at night and I would hate it if I got tangled, but I'm not sure if the mask is the issue? Idk

So the water in my house is kinda gross. There's a lot of minerals and sediments in it. It occured to me after cleaning my water tank.

Is that ok? Can I still use the water to clean my equipment as long as it's dry because I'm a bit worried! I can't afford filtered water/distilled water like that and I only can use a bit for my tank 😭
So I got a CPAP yesterday. I like my mask, it fits fine.

I took tried my CPAP and I woke up feeling awake (still tired but awake) and without a migraine!

Unfortunately I had to take it off mid sleep about 6 hours in because I didn't put any water in it but I'll try the water tonight. I was told by the tech to try it without water to see if I'd like it. I did not. My throat and nose is dry lol

My CPAP is set to 5, and when I woke up from a sleep it automatically set to 10 😅 does that mean I stopped breathing at night and it was trying to help me harder?

I'm amazed! Almost 6 hours of cpap therapy and I feel like a new person! I hope it continues to help me

Is there a app like SP where we will be able to transfer all of that (profiles,. folders, subfolders,.archived members, etc)
I like ourcana , and I use hivemind but neither of them seem to be 1:1
