My boyfriend has been requesting I make a giant cookie after he watched a YouTube video recently of someone using an entire tub of cookie dough to create a giant cookie. I bought a tub of the same cookie dough, and used about 3/4 of it to create a giant cookie cake! Then, I used strawberry and buttercream flavored whipped icings to decorate it! I ran out of icing early, but I like how the border and colors turned out!
