Good meal kits for students?

I need to lose weight and most of the meals I know how to cook are either unhealthy or take too much time or energy for me to make as a student. My doctor recommended delivered meal kits but I'm having a hard time deciding which one to get? I also can't eat pork. I was wondering what you guys would recommend ?

Good social media pages that focus on physics?

I'm an undergrad studying physics and astronomy. Multiple times recently, I have talked to people that are extremely eager to learn about physics and astronomy, but are obviously getting lots of information from non-credible sources. I'm trying to compile a list of pages on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to give to these people, but I've met a few roadblocks, the main one being that a lot of stuff I follow is a bit too complicated for someone who hasn't pursued physics past the high school level. I'm still including these pages, but I would like to be recommended some that are easier to understand. Also, I never use Facebook, and am a little reluctant to search on there myself... So any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Going to a graduate conference as an undergrad and I'm a bit nervous

I attended the undergraduate version of this conference, and seniors were invited to apply to attend the graduate version. Just by the wording in the emails it seems like only a few people were selected to attend? I was one of them. So I just registered, also decided to sign up to present a poster because my PI encouraged it (I've been doing undergraduate research for a year with him). I've been to 2 conferences before but both times were for undergrads and I went with a few people, this time I'll be going alone and it's farther away, and there'll only be a few undergrads probably, majority grad students, how do I stop being so nervous?

Normal NPC continuing to be strange...

I somehow caught this before I realized what exactly they were giving to us (The remains of Onionsan, may they rest in piece). I even skipped over this text a few times before I realized... Normal NPC says "2G". As in the Undertale currency. Deltarune only uses dollars (at least in the light world). At first I was like "Oh, he's a little less strange now, I guess we were wrong"... but now I'm even more curious as to the background of this guy.

A story about someone from a time without queer rights seeing and appreciating them today?

Something like time travel, or about an older person being introspective about what we have today. I'm mainly looking for something like a short story or comic or even fanfic, something I can read online, but I'll take book suggestions too. Or even movies. I always see turmoil in the news and fear about our rights being taken away -- but hey we have them now at least, we didn't have them in the past, and I just want to experience some queer joy and fully appreciate them.

Best bags for Pro 7?

Just got a Legion Pro 7i, and I've run into the issue of how to bring it around... I want a protective bag that I can put into my backpack or carry-on suitcase (will pretty much only be bringing it to the airport while going between college and home). I want to be able to fit the power brick, a mouse, and some cables/cords in it. So maybe something like a briefcase? I'm just having trouble finding something like this with the right dimensions. I'd prefer not to spend over $50, and it'd be nice to find something under $30.

Is this actually a good deal?

Budget: $3k but I would much prefer to go lower, under $2k if possible

Country: USA

Use Case: gaming mainly, maybe a bit of coding if my school/work laptop can't handle it

Preferred specs: at least 5070 12gb or 5070ti, 32GB RAM, preferably 240Hz display

Notes: I'm not too sure about getting a glossy screen, my current laptop has a matte screen and I like it. I play rhythm games so the high refresh rate does matter a bit.

My other option is the 5i for $1550 w/ 32GB RAM, Intel Core Ultra 9, and 1TB SSD but I'm a bit iffy about it because it has a 5070 8GB. I've also heard the build quality of the 7i is a bit better. I want this laptop to last at least 5 years.

Edit: I bought it!!!
