Is this considered blue, lavender or just gray?
Brownie points if you know what breed it is cuz I don’t 😂 it’s 6-7 weeks old.
Went with pastels for today’s bouquet!
Happy Friday dahlia addicts!
Went with a peach theme today
Happy Thursday & happy gardening!
How much do you sell your dahlia bouquets for?
Not sure what to price my bouquets. Each jar contains aprox 30 stems…some have more and a few have less.
Includes glass jar that contains flower food. Bouquets are quite large!
What plant is this? Found in a hanging basket in Idaho
Help with identifying please!
She’s 4 weeks old. I got her from Meyer hatchery but do not see a chicken on their website that looks like her! I didn’t order bantams so she should be a full size chicken. I’d assume she’s a Cochin or Brahma but none of their birds look like her! I ordered three different assortments which pretty much covers all of their breeds..and makes it harder to identify. Thanks for the help! 😊
What breed is the dark hen with light feathers on its neck?
Went with pinks & yellows for today’s bouquet!
Happy Thursday dahlia addicts!
Purple was calling me today!
Happy Wednesday! I’ve been growing for 20+ years and have over 500 varieties. To say I have an obsession is an understatement 😜 Every day I walk out to the garden and ponder what color bouquet I should pick for the day. This is today’s! Enjoy
I decided to go with dark today!
Also picked a dinner plate along the way! 😊
I’ve always appreciated this guy!
Just wanted to share my daily harvest! 😊
Here are some dahlias I created
The first one is my favorite: Stillys afternoon delight. The last picture shows one of my seedlings with the parent plant: peaches n cream and my seedling I created from it I named: Stillys strawberry whipped cream.
How to store eggs for incubation?
I’m a chicken hoarder…there, I said it! Why I’m going to hatch eggs in an incubator when I already have 252921625383 chickens…because I am a chicken hoarder. How do I store the eggs until I get enough to fill the incubator. Will only take a few days. Can I just leave them in the house at room temperature?
Husband just diagnosed with malignant Melanoma today.
I’m in tears as I write this. I don’t even know what to do! I’ve been bugging him for a long time to get a suspicious mole looked at. Sure enough, it came back positive for malignant melanoma today. I just scrolled through my pictures to see when I first noticed the mole…and I found a pic I took of it back from 2022!! So for at least 4 years it’s been growing…but it’s probably been longer. Im not sure if I should tell him it’s been that long as he’s thinking it’s only been 1-2 years that he’s had it. I am so scared and sick to my stomach !! We aren’t going to tell our kids until we know more. Anyone else here that’s had a suspicious mole for years before it was finally diagnosed. Please…any information that can help or anything I can say to him. He’s been crying the entire day and I feel so helpless. I am so scared
