undecided on WGU. CAL Baptist ( SpED )

WGU for obvious reasons the fast paced side of it sounds amazing , low cost and I have done many courses on Sophia and will continue onto Study.com to help speed the process.

How ever Cal Baptist is promoted through the school district I am currently employed and seems like a well respected college amongst my peers . I am completely open to comments, opinions and anything in between. Placement for student teaching seems to be difficult through WGU. I appreciate all the feedback.

Today in conversation I mentioned how Id be doing the Sped program ( ONLY ) through WGU (I eventually want my MA in Speech ) & everyone questioned the why, why not just go the dual licensure route ? Tbh, my journey started in ABA & I simply don’t care to do Gen ed ever .Any who , is there anyone here that can say they went the Sped route only ? Id love to know that , that alone can be a great choice, any success stories (: !
