Back on Effexor after 2 years - side effects to expect?

Hi. I stopped taking Effexor in 2024 and got back on it today. I'll take 37,5 mg daily for a month and will get to 75 mg next month. Should I expect some side effects even if I already took it in the past? Which ones? Thank you. I also take Anafranil, Solian, Abilify, Atarax and Trazodone

Verses/books to prepare my confirmation?

Hey! I'm getting confirmed next Easter. I'll start preparing it at church in September but would like to study in depth this summer. Which books or verses do you suggest (holy-spirit oriented)

Going to church alone breaks my heart

Hello. Long story short; I'm the only Catholic of my family (not married, still a lady). They despise religion and refuse to attend anything important that involves my faith or God. I have friends at church which means the world to me but they all come with their family so I spend the mass alone. I'm getting confirmed next Easter and will probably be alone too. I'm grateful I go to church and met so many great people there. I absolutely feel at home during Mass. But I wish I had my family with me, specially for days of obligations and my confirmation. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have tips for loneliness?

How do I specifically ask my psych to put me back on Effexor? Please, read and help me

Hello. I have chronic, severe, treatment resistant OCD and Major Depressive Disorder. I was hospitalized multiple times in a psych ward to try intensive care. During one of these stays, I was put on Effexor and it's the only thing that got my head out of the water. I felt like I had some life back in me. But due to abuse, I was put back in the hospital and a psychiatrist forced me to stop Effexor for Anafranil. Been on it for 3 years now and things have only been going worse and worse. I did stupid things,...Since Effexor is the only thing that got me somewhat living again, I really need to get back on it. It's a matter of life or death. How do I tell my psychiatrist this without her thinking I want to outsmart her? (I now live alone and don't risk any abuse anymore BTW!)
