Almost 6 months of this journey ✨
My biggest goal was lengthening my nail-beds and I really feel like I see a difference, especially on certain fingers. Woohoooooo

Hi, brand new here. I think I finally have a mask I like, however, just doing the test drive (less than 5 minutes) I can tell it’s irritating the crap out of my skin on the outside of my nose where the septum/columella is. What’s the best way to mitigate this? Is there a fabric cover for that part? Could I stick a piece of cloth there lol? TIA
Side note—the app says the seal is excellent, but I definitely feel air blowing out of the top of the tube, is this normal?
What an INSANELY gorgeous polish to use for my first attempt at a magnetized manicure. Mistakes were made and lessons were learned.
This is Marigold from Glitch Lacquer’s new Pride Collection 🧡 it is significantly more copper-y than orange on me than the swatch photos and I love both!
I attempted to velvetize my pinky, middle finger, and thumb with the ILNP horseshoe magnet, and used the ILNP wand to attempt a diagonal line on the ring and pointer.
Lessons learned: Wait wayyyyy longer before applying topcoat—did my ring finger and pinky too quickly and the polish bunched up and has texture. And then I used my drying drops as always, and it also messed up texture! Most noticeable on the tip of my middle finger.
Hours later I found this pipe cleaner on my floor and have no idea where it came from (I have a toddler though, so..)

I know no other POTSies in real life that also are unable to drive because of sudden onset pre-syncope, syncope, dizziness, etc and it often makes me feel like I’m crazy.
But now I’m seeing more conversation about it because of that dang documentary Crash or whatever, so thought I might find some solidarity here. It’s been 7 months without driving for me so far, what about you?
Outdoor and indoor light pictured!
I started my nail journey after my best friend passed in August 2024, and I inherited her collection. It’s how I heard of ILNP for the first time, and today I used one of her bottles! This one’s for you, Maddie ✨
ILNP Utopia on middle finger - just bought during the retirement sale!
ILNP Mega (X) on Ring finger and thumb - this was Maddie’s and today is my first time using it and SHEESH. Does the X mean xtremely amazing because this is my new fave. It’s in the old style bottle too!
(Pinky and Ring finger have Holo Taco “Sparkling Spurs”)
Shown here in outdoor & indoor light! My husband said it looks like Zenon, so I’m thrilled. (Girl of the 21st Century lol)
All fingers have Seche Clear “Crystal Clear Base Coat” and Seche Vite “Dry Fast Top Coat”
Pointer and pinky: Holo Taco “Sparkling Spurs”
Middle finger: ILNP “Utopia”
Ring finger and thumb: ILNP “Mega” (X)
My coat hanger pain is my main symptom and it’s so bad I can’t wear a bra anymore. I’m not in a position to not wear a bra if you’re catchin’ my drift.
I know surgeries in general can trigger POTS symptoms, but my symptoms aren’t under control anyways haha. I just got approved for a reduction in 2 months.
Has anyone done this? Did it help with coat hanger pain? Is it awful on symptoms? I’m mostly worried about 6 weeks post-op having to be in a compression bra.
