a wonderful jumpscare while taking out the trash. what is this fella? Friend or foe? How can i politely relocate outside? otherwise my mom will get it first, she does not like bugs of almost any kind 😫
I’ve been having wrist pains so I was out of clay making for a bit, but I felt better enough to test out some ideas! I really love these but I’m struggling to make it read as strawberry AND lemon… I think I need to try a lemon hat instead 🍓🍋
recently there’s been a mantis taking up residence in my very humble garden… and as it gets bigger, I’ve considered taking it out to a family member’s property that has about 6 acres with tons of native plants & natural wildlife & bugs etc… so it can live its best life compared to my tiny garden… im nervous about transporting and im totally new to mantis care so any advice is appreciated!!

Out of curiosity does anyone know when you can tell if it’s male or female? I have no clue… anyway im getting less nervous to pick it up and I think it’s getting more used to me!

i always try a new design at least twice and this time I’m especially happy with how it turned out! last photo is the first attempt… which he was so goofy looking that it made me laugh

it seems time is catching up to my old little critters. a few hours ago, my whiskey passed away. I didn’t think I’d feel so sad but man! She is the only betta I have had since she was a little baby. i remember seeing those big beady eyes and absolutely falling in love! She was always zipping around and loved to swim around my hand during cleaning.
today was his last day but i knew it was coming for a little bit now, he was an old man! first snail i got after years of not doing anything fish related. he’s the biggest snail I’ve had and it was so nice finding a baby picture of him! A real ladies man, a father of two, and a divorced husband of three. loved to come out and check out what was happening whenever I picked him up <3 gonna miss this critter!
