Vaping occasionally

I’m having difficult time on not going to buy another vape. I vape occasionally for the last year and a half like I’ll go a few months in between and a 4,000 puff vape usually lasts me like 4 or 5 months. I find it hard to avoid when drinking and being out with friends. I feel as though I almost can’t have fun without it. I have health anxiety and every time I hit it I convince myself that one hit does irreversible damage. How do I just cut it off completely?

Edit: I’ve already gone a month without it but still fight it

Can I switch my cats food who previously had urinary stones?

Hi everyone, I have a 6 year old 19 pound cat. He’s a big boy I think he may have some sort of Maine Coone in him. Anyway I adopted from a shelter I used to work at and he was surrendered having always eaten purina cat chow wet and dry, I believe is what the previous family wrote. They never mentioned him having a past of stones or any issues. His past vet records never mentioned anything of the sort. Shortly after he was surrendered he developed stones and couldn’t go to the bathroom. He went in for surgery and had 17 removed and is now on Hills C/D wet and dry.

I personally believe the stones may have been caused by stress? But I’m not sure. This food is very expensive and I have to have it approved by my vet every time I order. I would love to be able to feed him food and treats I can buy without a prescription.

I need some advice on if anyone would think it be safe to switch him or try out a not urinary food. I’m not sure if I’d be taking a risk or not. My vet basically said I just have to take the risk to find out. Please any help is appreciated

Just started Vitamin D supplement a week ago. How long till I feel better?

Hi I posted here recently I F25 just got my blood drawn and my vitamin D level is 23ng/mL. Doctor recommended 1000🙄. So I’m taking 5000 vitamin D with k2. How long till I start to feel a difference? Will spending time in the sunshine help as well? How long in the sun? Thanks!

Extremely low vitamin d hindering weight loss?

Hi everyone I F25 just got some blood work done and my vitamin D level is 23. I mean I’ve been very tired but I kinda just thought that was how my body was. I sleep for like 11 hours at night and still wake up pretty exhausted. But I kinda just put that as maybe a little bit of depression/anxiety? Idk anyway I’ve been having a seriously tough time losing weight and am now wondering could this be affecting how weight is just so stubborn on my body? I’ve started taking a 2000 vitamin D supplement with k2. Thanks

My dog she’s 12 she has thyroid cancer. She has lived long past her diagnosis said but I am scared it’s coming. This is so difficult because she’s still so happy and she will be till that terrible day comes. This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. She’s my childhood pet. I’m 24 I got her my sophomore year of high school. She was around 2. She’s had a wonderful happy life but I am not ready for this. I never will be.

How does one even begin to accept something like this? I mean I used to even work in vet med but could never come to terms with things like this. I just am having such a hard time accepting how unfair this is. Does someone, anyone have any advice on how to handle this🫩😞
