How do dieticians go about eating disorders?
I’m trying to go to a dietician who specializes in this instead of just a center because I’m scared. I understand it’s case by case but just looking for what steps they do take.

Looking for advice! How can I talk to my Psychiatrist about my low libido?
Today was the first day that I talked to my therapist about my concerns with my low libido. She suggested to take the first step and tell her because she hears it often. I haven’t brought it up with my psychiatrist yet because I am embarrassed and feel ashamed. How can i bring it up and not be embarrassed?
