Hello all,

If you have been following NUAI stock then you have seen models like you’ve never seen before. And I’m not talking about the ones you see down the runway, I’m talking about numbers.

Many of us are anticipating that we are going to see a Macquarie extension of the October 8th deadline to sign a tenant for the A-3 tranche.(See Debt facility language)

Additionally, many of us are anticipating that the tenant announcement will be a non-binding agreement(direct language from the recent ATM prospectus).

Many of us have been throwing darts as to whether they plan to release the LOC(See PPA terms from the latest 10-Q) as required by Vistra before or after fulfilling the latest ATM.

What the hell does this have to do with numbers? or models? Yeah I don’t know either. But you’re reading.

The active ATM is a 100 million dollar equity raise. Many people are assuming that the company is waiting for a catalyst before selling shares.

I’m here to spread my opinion that they are ALMOST DONE offering shares.

The math goes like this:

100M dollars needed to raise / divided by share price= Number of shares needed to complete offering

our price was about 7.20 when we began, but I’ll round down to 7.00

100M/7 = 14.3~ million shares.

The price is now bottomed at 6.00 so I will also:

100M/6 =16.7~ million shares.

This is to create a spread which will give me a range that you will see in a moment.

Take average volume for the past trading days since the 24th, you can actually curate the real volume with an LLM to make a more accurate spread.

But we can use 8.1M as an average since the 24th.

Alright well how do we figure out how fast an ATM would reasonable move? Well you can’t. We have to make an assumption and get as close to reasonable as we can.

I decided to ask GPT to model across different percentages of average volume, and based on historical data how a slow burning ATM could feasibly move along with the price action we’ve been experiencing.

I decided to go with 20 percent for this thought exercise as we have been sinking a bit. you can create this with your own LLM.

Ok well 20% of average gives us 1.62 million shares per day.

This gives us a spread of 8.82 - 10.30 trading days since Sept 24th

This means ATM completion at 20% average volume could reach an endpoint between Oct 5th and Oct 7th.

Of course this is all speculation and boils down to “any day now”. Just thought i’d give the dogs something to chew on.

Hello all,

After watching NUAI for some time, we have been blessed today with a Power Purchase Agreement that legitimizes the project that they have been trying to complete for some time.

Alongside this, institutional investment has increased over 52%.

However… at the same time, the stocks short interest has been increasing each reporting period up to nearly a whopping 40%.

There is clearly a lag between short interest remaining at these sustained levels and the progress the company has taken at this point.
Institutional investment also indicates that the escape corridor is very tight.

I have tracked many potential opportunities, and many have been chopped by warrant overhang, or other mechanical barriers that would taper a squeeze.

In its current state, NUAI is set up remarkably well for a short squeeze.

If you are looking for an opportunity for a short squeeze…. this is definitely it.

The company filed an 8-k for a 100M dollar share offering. This may serve as an exit corridor for shorts. And is also a bearish indicator in light of the clarity that Abotts ERCOT audit is materially delaying the project. DYDD. Good luck gents.

The entire market appears to be holding its breath pending NVDAs guidance.

We joke that the market would crash if NVDA misses, but NVDAs performance delaying a market wide dip has always been the case.

Hello Hydro Homies,

I recently have been reusing my smart water bottles because I prefer the shape of the bottle, but recently after refilling I’ve noticed my bottles tend to smell foul.

Mind you, I refill with reverse osmosis water from the sink, and I have poured this water into a cup to inspect if it’s the water and I find no such issue.

I have purchased brand new bottles and they seem to become smelly only after I refill them. Maybe a design/quality issue, or a way to get people to buy more? Maybe I just kick the brand altogether.
