As a result of the new UI.

The "Send feedback" is directing me to a user that isn't accepting private messages. I wonder if the app is discontinued or if the creator toggled off private messages not remembering his PMs are the only way to send feedback.

To avoid a "don't ask to ask" issue here's the PM I would have sent to the creator of Spotlight App (there's also the possibility they immediately see this post, or alternatively another app is discovered):

Suggestion for Spotlight:
1. Opt out of the mod note that Spotlight attaches, especially problematic when a OP pins their own comment to give themselves a positive mod note, something they shouldn't be able to do.
2. Option to select a flair "Helper" or "Enforcer" to be able to pin comments regardless if they are OP or not, similar to the trusted user section of the app.

A post reported twice will always show both reports to have the exact same timestamp.

What if the solution lies in doing what Clash of Clans does for upgrade timers, as a permanent, proportionally retroactive, and affects maxed players the second a new equipment drops?

At the current moment, I think a 5% reduction for all equipment (level 1 to 27) will be a useful start.
