How do I handle a first course in calculus 1/2 that's also basically real analysis

First semester in a physics degree and one of our main courses is called mathematical analysis of a function with one variable. As you can probably guess, it is basically calc 1/2 combined with a first real analysis course. It is quite overwhelming, so I would appraciate tips on how to procede and truly learn the material. Here are some examples of past exams and final exams.

What goes through the minds of people who post in this sub?

Physics is one of the most complex areas of knowledge humanity has ever produced. It typically takes someone 4 year of bachelors, 2 masters and then another 4 of a doctorate to produce novel research on some small, miniscule part of a branch of physics. There are people who do it faster but those are the exception. In order to produce a research you not only need vast amounts of knowledge, but also the experimental equipment and data to base your work on. And again, that is all for a paper that is statistically insignificant. Yet the people here think they have solved problems that have puzzled the best of the best for decades with no education, no funding and no equipment. All of this because of some god given intuition and perhaps a bit of wikipedia reading? Quite frankly, as someone still studying physics, it is so unbelievably insulting. Getting the average laymen interested in science is not a bad thing, but when someone who hasn't done even a small amount of the work tries to say they made a breakthrough is just too much. It feels like a spitting in the face of all of my and my fellow peers' struggle.

r/rawprimal is so fucking insane it makes anti vaxxers look like scientists

Some of the things I've heard from a short scroll there:

-Germ theory isnt real and was developed to feed toxins to the masses

-Viruses arent real either and are all man made

-Parasites are actually beneficial for you because they clean toxins

-going in the diet cures ADHD, inflammatory deceased and the like

-going on the diet means you'll never get cancer because tribesmen dont have cancer

-going on the diet will make your body more symmetrical

-going on the diet will enlarge your testicles

-computers and ethernet devices damage your cells

This was all from a short scroll. I am genuinely baffled these people exist in the modern day. And none of them are being sarcastic.

▲ 6 r/Anki

Does using Anki for 3 languges at once muddle the benefits if you already know 2 of them

I have started learning japanese and plan to use anki as a good way to learn vocab. But besides it I want to use it for my native language (bulgarian) because my lack of use has caused me to forget a non-trivial amount of words. I also know english at the C2 level and want to use Anki to learn really advanced vocabulary (like benediction and compunction). I was just wondering what the most optimal way to do things is and if managing all three at once can cause them to interfere with each other.

Bryan's advice is very good in the macro scale, but should be ignored when it comes to micro

The general advice he gives is excellent. Priotize good sleep, exercise, diet. Remove plastics from your kitchen. Get adequate sunlight and maintain relationships. All scientifically proven and he gives a fresh new perspective on how to maximize those things. But when we get to hyper specific supplements, therapies and technqiues, things get muddied. It is all either currated purely for him at best or sham science at worst.

Genuine question. I know this is the land of mediatok larpers who try to glaze media they have heard other people glaze with their lives on the line, but surely there is someone who has actual education other than asking israelgpt to write them a glaze essay or watching a 2 hour video essay that somehow makes them an expert.
