started reading the series first week of march this year; i start grad school first week of september and made it my mission to finish the series before i start school
im so excited but also so scared for the end of the series!!! ahhh my heart <\3

which character has your favorite ending? :)
I had a big stint over the summer of engaging with not eating and am finally starting to eat again and be okay with ignoring the numbers on nutrition labels.
my partner is on a fishing trip with their friend and i want to take myself out on a date tomorrow and indulge in a local italian place but the idea of the food is making me panic but i, myself, WANT the food. i want the butter, i want the fats, i want to have a glass of wine and sit with myself and be happy. but i keep getting feelings of “no you shouldnt! no you cant!!” but i know it would be so nourishing to my soul.
i guess all im asking for is just support in knowing it is okay to eat these foods and it will be so yummy and good because im battling my brain and have no one to talk about this with. i need community right now

i just finished empire of storms this morning….cant wait to finish all of them so i can analyze more in my books :) as for my rankings…. empire of storms > queen of shadows > heir of fire > crown of midnight > assassins blade > throne of glass
i am having a very, very stressful day and the idea of eating is making me nauseas but i know i will need to at some point.
the only thing that i can think of i can eat without feeling like itd make me sick is some comforting chicken and rice. id love some sort of a thick gravy esque sauce on the chicken. i dont think i can handle anything too extreme in flavor at the moment bc of feeling sick risk (so dont rlyy want anything asian / hispanic vibes)

So I’m 25F and listen ok. when i was growing up, mostly middle school, my parents were watching the walking dead and i really only loved glenn lol and stopped my sporadic episodes >!after he died!<. i decided to watch it consecutively through for the first time ever recently and now im on season 3 episode 1 and wow. its weird watching this being like wow i dont remember >!lori or carol or t-dog from the future random episodes dying / being characters!<? i watched from my parents and it makes it almost ? better to watch? because im like hhmmmmm what happens because i dont rly remember these characters
idk its just fun watching it thru for the ‘first’ time :) do yall recommend seeing it through to the end to when this actual series ends?

i hated rowan …. until this last chapter i read.
i still dont like how he basically has just been, really mean and beating the shit out of her ill be honest. thats why i liked chaol and celaena was because i love soft, friendship building love.
BUT HERE IS THE HEAR ME OUT SECTION!!!!…..the scene with rowan and aelin in the woods with the skinwalkers. when i read him holding her against him whispering in her ear about how she needs to listen to him survive…. ok i melted. i was like “i fully get it now. perfect ok maybe i can maybe forget chaol…”
RIP chaol and celaena i loved you together BUT i do believe he was what celaena needed and rowan is what aelin needs.
im a new reader of TOG but have read the entirety of ACOTAR. so far i have read assassins blade, tog, and im halfway through crown of midnight and i have this awful feeling…..something bad is going to happen…..and im PISSED
chaol is my fav male character and love interest that sarah j maas has ever written. he noticed details, is patient and kind, insanely loyal, and i love a cute slow burn but with legit like 5 more books to come i know it cant be that easy but ima be honest >!if celaena and chaol arent endgame!< im gonna scream and whoever takes chaols place better be 10x more amazing idc
