I want to work as Cardio “midlevel” and learn, is this possible?

Hear me first. Hospitalist here. Non trad, immigrant, DO, and age of 40.
Covering ICU as a nocturnist.
Never been competitive applicant for Cardio, never applied cardio but figured I like the field pretty much.
Im aware I have close to zero chance to match so not even trying to.
Kids are growing so time is ticking.

My long term plan is to get on feet, some savings and retire early possible to go back to a country where i was born (not much developed) and live rest of my life. Spouse is OK with this but kids will likely stay here when they finish high school then college what not.

Cardiology is very bottleneck in that country and I figured, i would be doing internist job (IM is allowed to work as gen cardio and rules so weak no one wants to give a problem, rather, many will be happy).

But, while working 0.6 nights, I would like to join cardio group and do what midlevels are doing - follow ups, consults. And learn along the way. Learn to master echos, and as much as possible.
Im not pushing, and im not alpha but along the way became very patient, slow but steadily learner.

Thoughts?

Thanks a lot.

How ETF funds trade ? daily basis? Or weekly updates?
Lets example; VEEV just included into sp500 index so all sp500 funds must purchase this stock soon, right?
Some big whales like Vanguard already invested through mid/small cap index reasons, i guess they transfer the assest into large cap/sp500 category I guess and add/buy more shares of newly included stock. Thanks in advance. Sorry if i sound a child but im in learning curve.

Looks Bill ackman started new stock (or etf, u name it) IPO launched and claims that underlying NAV assets cost base is $50 per stock price.

Im not sure should we trust him given his failed stock ipo and is there any way we can check understanding assets ?

Thanks

Lets say spgi, moodys, MA, V, fico. Those duopoly companies and “monopoly” fico (being challenged), still struggling.

MA and V just showed a great quarter earnings. Fico delivered fantastic one a couple days ago. SPGI is doing well too.

I guess Mr Market still concerning ai hype? Those are not software companies thou.
