I never used oribe before but heard great things, so I was debating getting this set from the rewards bazaar for 500 points (alternative is the colorwow one). Is it worth it / what your thoughts are on it?

A few years ago I moved from CA to the east coast so I’d try to schedule my hair appointments when I’d go back to visit friends and family, but last September I knew I wouldn’t be able to travel anytime soon so I tried a new salon where I live and they totally ruined my hair (see 6th picture of how bad it was). I was left with bleach bleed marks close to my roots and uniform orange tones. I kind of got it fixed at a different salon in the area (which added lowlights, and it worked at first but I’m pretty sure that’s where the orange is now coming from) and then went back to my usual hair girl who has been trying to slowly highlight over the orange spots, but it’s been almost 8 months and after three different sessions I still see so many warm tones in my hair which I HATE. Can a cooler toner fix this, or should I just be patient and keep bleaching them?? I like having dimension in my hair, but I hate these orangey stripes. Please help 😭
