Hello everyone! The owner and I are looking for 2 working professionals to occupy the remaining rooms in a beautiful 3BHK. I currently occupy the master bedroom (I am a 23M working in IB), and my current flatmates are moving out.

• Layout: 3 BHK with 2+1 washrooms (the extra is a maid’s quarter). We are the first tenants to live here. Please note this is a new flat. Hence you wouldn’t incur any trouble.

• The Rooms: Both available rooms come with beds (cot + mattress), Daikin ACs, and private balconies with great views.

• Fully Furnished: Includes a fridge, washing machine, ACs in all rooms, sofa set, and a dining table.

• Bonus: I have a TV and a PS5 in the common area! 🙂

🏙️ Society & Amenities

• Fully Gated: 24/7 power backup and strict security.

• Convenience: Supermarkets and all daily amenities are available within the society compound.

• Recreation: Gym and pool access are included in the maintenance.

💰 Cost Breakdown (Per Person)

• Fixed Monthly Cost: ₹15,745 (Rent: ₹14,250 + Maintenance: ₹1,495)

• Security Deposit: 2 months' rent (Split equally among 3 people).

• Electricity: Roughly ₹500 - ₹1,100 per month.

• Maid: ₹2,500 total per month (Split equally among 3). She cleans daily and washes utensils. (Feel free to hire your own cook if needed).

• Move-in Charges: Minimal.

• Chill but Respectful: Feel free to enjoy and party! However, families live nearby, so maintaining basic decorum is expected.

• Cleanliness: Everyone is expected to do their part in keeping the flat clean.

• The Landlord: Zero unnecessary interference. Very fair and won't make unnecessary cuts from your deposit. (Note: Final move-in is subject to the owner's approval).

So this was me a couple of months ago. (Me: 23M she 23F). The birthday arrived and the time arrived. But instead what i got was a breakup outta nowhere.
