Apologies for posting again, posting better angles standing up with my full weight in the sandals. These are a 9, I thought the 10 left too much space on both ends and the salesperson said the 9s looked way better and I should get them as long as they're comfortable, which they are.. but the consensus here seems to be that they're obviously too small and it's messing with me.
These are a 9, the 10s seemed too big even though all my shoe sizes are 10-10.5. I thought they were a perfect fit but sometimes when I walk I feel like my heel spills over, don't think I can return them, have only worn them for about an hour but there's a clear footprint in the sole.

I'm having a very last minute but also significant family celebration at an Italian restaurant in Vaughan (Woodbridge). We found only two spots that can accommodate us in our small timeframe, which are Squisito and Grazie. A friend of a friend knows the Grazie owner and was able to get us a 6 person reservation in "the wine room". Very curious about this space if anyone has any info... I'm just not sure if Grazie rises to the significance of the occasion. Squisito looks really nice but is relatively new and not as established as Grazie, but I can't help being curious about it cause it looks very nice and more modern/classy.
I wish I could just physically check these places out as I would if I could but won't be in the province until the day of the celebration. I also hope I don't come off as a snob cause of my comment about Grazie, It's just that this celebration is truly significant to my family and I and I don't know how I feel about bringing them to a place we've all been before several times over the years very casually for such a special occasion.
Going for my second attempt at the DZ road test.
I failed the first time in Brampton for going through a yellow light.. I thought 100% I was close enough to the intersection to coast through it once it went from green to yellow but apparently not... I would've had to slam on my brakes instantly and just thought that proceeding was the safe move.. the proctor said I should've "slammed" the brakes.. I said I think I would've slid into the crosswalk and failed anyway... Then just silence and then asking if I want to continue cause I failed.. I continued. Was then told I would've passed if I didn't do that, the pre trip went well, etc.
Does anyone have any insight into the Downsview route and highway portion of the test?
