I have been a director level people leader in a large company for many years and I'm tired. Realistically, I think I could maybe get to an ED level, but I don't have any drive to move beyond that. I've been offered a manager position in a different company at a higher annual salary, less responsibility, and similar benefits/PTO etc. Are there any downsides here?

My entire career has been focused on getting the next promotion and it feels strange to be considering a "demotion"

Does anyone know of a good nail tech who will come to your home? I live in center city if that's helpful.

Thanks to helpful advice I received from here, my skin is looking pretty good, but I'm wanting to round out my routine a bit.

About me: 53F, mild rosacea, tending toward dryness, my skin can be reactive

AM routine:

Skinceuticals CE Ferulic
Skin Medica Advanced TNS
Estrogen cream
AB the Rich Cream
Elta MD sunscreen (open to other suggestions here, but generally like it, especially the tinted one)

PM routine:
Dermalogica Pre-Cleanse
Skin Medica facial cleanser
Skin Medica Advanced TNS
Tret .25% three nights weekly
AB the Rich Cream (I love this for my day cream but I think I need something a bit more thick for evening)

I'm thinking about adding exosomes. I believe the TNS serum has both peptides and growth factors, but not exosomes. I'm also thinking about adding an azaleic acid product.

Where do you lovelies think my routine could be improved?
