I really miss the Spanish, Mexican, Peruvian, Colombian, or just Latin rotisserie chicken (pollo asado). The flavor is much richer than what I usually find in St. Louis (lots of garlic, paprika, olive oil, herbs, and that slow-roasted taste.)

Does anyone know of a restaurant, market, or rotisserie place in the St. Louis area that serves chicken similar to that? I tried Brasas on Delmar already but it was underwhelming, too salty, and way overpriced. Sorry but I'm not paying $32 for half a chicken and sides.

Ok I'm planning to revisit one of my favorite video games after many years. What is the consensus on the right difficulty on the PC (if any). Bonus if you give me the top must have add-ons for quality of life and improved graphics. I want the ultimate TW3 experience to prepare for the 2027 DLC.
