How do I wire the BP100?

Hello guys,

I have a vantrue dashcam which is hardwired to my fuse box to use the parking mode feature. I’ve set the power cutoff to 12.4V, that’s the highest I can go. However I’m noticing my car is struggling to start in the morning.

Therefore I’m planning on buying a battery pack and the VIOFO BP100 looks like a good deal to me, it’s compact in size and not to expensive.

However, I’ve seen from their website that the BP100 has 3 wires: ground, acc and bat+. What is the bat+ for? The manual states it has to be plugged to a live wire but I don’t want it to drain my battery when the car is off, that’s the sole reason I’m buying a battery pack.
Does the BP drain any power when the car is off? I’d guess so, anything connected to the electricity always drains a little bit of power.

Is there a better way to hardwire the BP? Can I wire both acc and bat+ to acc wires in the fuse box? Are there alternatives that only have 2 wires? (Ground+acc)?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Cities Skylines on mac

Hello guys,

I really like the CS game but I’m still new at it. I have read that CS1 was still preffered by the community a while ago, is it still better? What about modding? Has CS2 caught up? Is CS2 available on linux?

The answer to this questions will decide my next decisions as I want to play the game but I have a macbook pro M5 Pro 48GB. CS1 works natively on mac, if I remember correctly while CS2 might work with virtualization, it might perform better than on a linux vm if available instead of a windows vm.

What do you guys suggest? Should I consider CS1 or CS2?

Thanks in advance.
